Monofilament Extrusion Line

Precision-engineered for the production of high-performance technical monofilaments offering exceptional tensile strength, dimensional stability, and surface quality. Suitable for advanced applications including geotextile reinforcement fibers, industrial filtration media, medical-grade monofilaments, high-tenacity yarns, sports equipment strings, and technical brush filaments — as well as industrial products such as rope, fishing lines, and agricultural netting. Designed for versatility, the line processes a wide range of materials—PP, HDPE, PET, and PA. With optimized temperature control, precision stretching, and automated winding systems to ensure consistent quality and maximum production efficiency in continuous operation.

Tape Extrusion Line

Developed to deliver high-strength flat tapes and fibrillated tapes with superior tensile properties and dimensional stability The product range covers advanced applications such as geotextile fabrics, carpet backing, and agricultural shading nets — as well as industrial and packaging products including woven bags, FIBCs (bulk bags), and agricultural bale twine. Engineered for versatility, the line is optimized for polypropylene (PP) processing, with capability for selected applications in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or PP/HDPE blends.

Integrated with advanced extrusion technology, uniform stretching, controlled heat setting, and precision winding, the system ensures consistent product quality, exceptional production efficiency, and proven reliability in continuous operation.
